William Harrison’s Beer – Proto-pale ale based on the recipe found in Descriptions of England, 1577.
Historically Inspired Beers
Pilgrim’s Reserve – Strong Ale based loosley on William Harrison’s beer.
Flowing Cup – Patersbier (Belgian Single) inspired by legends of St. Arnold of Soissons.
Wolf – Bier de Garde inspired by legends of St. Arnulf of Metz.
Royal Wheat – Belgian Witbier.
Modern Beers
Old Tillman – Oatmeal Stoat inspired by the works of David Weber.
Fat Prior – Amber Ale clone of Fat Tire by New Belgium Brewing.
Cordials
Historic Cordials
Lord Verney’s Usqbath – Herbal cordial based on the recipe in Martha Washington’s Booke of Cookery and Booke of Sweetmeats, c. 1550 – 1625
Historically Inspired Cordials
Brother Brian’s Cordial – Herbal cordial based on Lord Verney’s but with sugar added to modernize the flavor (somewhat)
Apple and Spice Cordial – The first thing I ever brewed.
Modern Cordials
Hypocras – Strawberry Cordial (despite the historic name this is a purely modern recipe)
Hazelnut Cordial – Wham! Hazlenuts in your mouth.
Other Beverages
Cherry Surprise – Surprise! There is no cherry.
